Sidley Africa-Asia Agricultural Enterprise Pro Bono Program

The Africa-Asia Agricultural Enterprise Pro Bono Program was launched in 2012 by Sidley Austin, to provide free legal support to small and medium sized agricultural-related enterprises and development non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Africa and Asia. The program aims to impact and benefit the small, poor farmers and farm workers, particularly women, who labor at the bottom of the food chain. Sidley’s holistic approach ensures both tangible and intangible gains to the beneficiaries.

They help microfinance institutions start clean energy lending programs, strengthens these with cloud-based technology and last-mile services, then scales them with carbon finance.

Nexleaf’s mission is to build low-cost technologies that create positive health, environmental and social impact. They innovate new cellphone-based technologies to solve pressing environmental and public health problems. 
     
    Grain Coast 

Grain Coast uses methods and techniques of organic agriculture, such as terracing, composting and mulching, to minimize environmental damage while farming, and at the same time seeks to maximize the positive impact on local communities.
