For the Second Straight Year, Sidley Receives the Most First-Tier National Rankings in the U.S.News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” Survey
Sidley Also Named “Law Firm of the Year” in Both Corporate Law and Securities Regulation
New York and Chicago – Repeating its performance in the inaugural U.S.News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” survey, Sidley Austin LLP has once again received more first-tier national rankings than any other U.S. law firm, earning 56 in the 2011-2012 U.S.News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” survey. Rankings of the 75 national practice areas are included in U.S.News & World Report’s Money issue, available November 15, with the full results available online today.

In each of the 75 practice areas ranked nationally, one law firm received the “Law Firm of the Year” designation. “Law Firm of the Year” designations are based on law firms’ overall performance in a given practice area and represent a significant showing in the 2011-2012 U.S.News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” research.
