BETH KELLEY is an associate in the Litigation Practice in the Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kelley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phyllis D. Thompson of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Ms. Kelley earned her law degree magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an articles editor for the American Criminal Law Review. Ms. Kelley received her B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.
During law school, Ms. Kelley served as a student attorney in the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic. In this capacity, she represented indigent criminal defendants in all stages of prosecution in D.C. Superior Court and in parole revocation hearings before the U.S. Parole Commission.
Before attending law school, Ms. Kelley taught public school in Atlanta as part of Teach for America.
