Sidley represents borrowers in a variety of financings throughout a wide range of industries, including agribusiness, automotive, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, insurance, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate, retail, regulated utilities, technology and telecommunications. Working in tandem with our corporate, private equity, hedge fund and other practice groups, we guide our borrower clients through the structuring and negotiation of working capital facilities, leveraged acquisition and recapitalization facilities, spin-offs financings, workout, DIP and plan confirmation exit facilities and other facilities. To best advise our broad client base, we bring together lawyers from our global network of offices to assist in multi-currency and cross-border facilities, as well as to address efficiently bankruptcy, environmental, ERISA, real estate, regulatory, securities, tax and other related issues when they arise.
