What sort of person are we looking for?

We aim to recruit high quality lawyers who can ideally demonstrate experience from a premier City firm and excellent academics. Drive, commitment and initiative, combined with a strong business awareness are essential.

Training

In addition to a two-day firmwide orientation programme and three-day firmwide mid-level associates' conference, many of the practice groups provide additional group-specific orientation and training. We are accredited by the Law Society as a training provider and offer a variety of continuing legal education opportunities including monthly in-house training sessions and an annual training weekend. Other opportunities are designed to supplement on-the-job training in specific areas.  

Pay

We engage in detailed, bi-annual reviews of each associate's performance, progress toward partnership and overall growth as a lawyer. Salary increases and discretionary year-end bonuses are based on the results of these reviews. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our current salary for newly qualified lawyers is £72,000.
