The Interview Process
We have set up an interview callback process that lets you feel good about your decision and Sidley. During the fall recruiting season, we send lawyers from our offices to meet with smart, energetic law students with solid academic credentials who want to develop careers at an exceptional law firm. A typical callback interview will include:
- Interviews at our offices with reasonable airfare and hotel expenses reimbursed by the firm
- Meeting with several lawyers from different practice groups
- A window into the firm's environment
