DANIELLE CARTER, a partner in the Washington D.C. office, represents corporations and individuals in white collar criminal matters, government enforcement actions, qui tams, and complex civil litigation matters, including class actions in both state and federal courts. Danielle also has significant experience conducting internal investigations both in the U.S. and abroad and representing clients before law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Danielle has represented clients in matters involving, among other things, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; immigration; fraud; breach of contract issues; and employment discrimination.
