Mr. Caruso’s practice focuses on complex restructurings and reorganizations, as well as distressed asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Caruso was a Law Clerk to the Honorable David S. Doty, United States District Court Judge for the District of Minnesota, from 1995-1997. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. In addition, he served on active duty with the United States Marine Corps.
