AIMEE M. CONTRERAS-CAMUA joined the firm in 1998. Ms. Contreras-Camua practices in a broad spectrum of real estate law, including the following recent engagements:
- Representation of capital market institutions, banks and life insurance companies in the origination of mortgage-secured loans involving hotel, office, multi-family, retail and mixed use properties located throughout the United States.
- Representation of a major residential developer in the acquisition of property.
- Representation of an institutional capital source in connection with equity investment and joint venture participation to construct multi use developments.
- Representation of a major investment bank in connection with sale-leaseback transactions involving commercial properties located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Contreras-Camua served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
