ELIZABETH C. CURTIN is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Her practice emphasizes mass tort litigation, including complex litigation and the coordination and defense of pharmaceutical product liability cases. Her work in these cases involves depositions, expert preparation, court appearances, strategic planning, fact investigation, and the drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs. She received a B.S. in Biology from Duke University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002. She clerked for the Honorable Norman K. Moon, Western District of Virginia, 2002-2003. She is the author of “The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act Turns Fifteen,” 56 Food & Drug L.J. 351 (2001).
