DANIEL SPIRA is an associate in the Products Liability and Mass Torts Litigation Group. His practice has focused primarily on the defense of product liability actions and consumer fraud class actions. Mr. Spira received his B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006, and received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spira worked as a staff attorney at Equip for Equality in Chicago from 2009-2010. While in law school he served as a Notes Editor for the Washington University Law Review, and worked as an extern for the Honorable Morton Denlow in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Spira is the author of Dealing with the Problems of Pro Se: The Settlement Assistance Program in the Northern District of Illinois, 13 HOLY CROSS J.L. & PUB. POL’Y 185 (2009).
