BINDU DONOVAN is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Bindu has more than 15 years of experience representing some of the world’s leading life sciences companies in complex patent litigation. Bindu’s practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and she has substantial experience with cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Bindu has successfully represented clients in patent litigation involving small molecule drugs, drug-eluting stents, chemical compositions, photodynamic therapy and biotechnology. Bindu also counsels clients on intellectual property issues.

Bindu was named as one of the Top 250 Women in Litigation by Benchmark Litigation (2015, 2014 and 2013), a publication honoring the achievements of female lawyers in litigation practices in the United States. She was also recognized for her life sciences-related patent work as a nominee for the “Rising Star-IP” award at the 2013 Americas Women in Business Law Awards and was also named a “Life Sciences Star” in the 2014 and 2013 editions of LMG Life Sciences.
