TYLER HILTON is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and practices in the Corporate and Finance group. Tyler has represented clients in a variety of corporate matters, including private company M&A transactions, debt and equity financing transactions, private fund secondary market transactions, venture capital and other early-stage financing transactions and technology transactions. Tyler also advises both for-profit and non-profit clients on corporate governance, commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
Tyler received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2012. During law school, Tyler interned for the Insurance and Financial Services Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2009 majoring in Spanish Translation and Linguistics. Tyler participated in Sidley’s 2011 Summer Associate Program.
