Sidley has a leading national practice in ERISA Litigation. More than 40 lawyers in our offices across the country have extensive experience in advising clients and defending lawsuits – primarily high-stakes class actions – brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).

Most of our ERISA Litigation practice involves the defense of putative class actions.
