The Frankfurt team advises on commercial and multi-family residential real estate transactions, acting for both domestic and foreign investors, senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, servicers and special servicers. Our lawyers also have significant experience in collateralized debt obligations, and in a wide variety of other asset classes, including trade, loan, lease and mail order receivables securitization, profit participation notes (Genußscheine), CMBS, RMBS and public law governed receivables. Frankfurt lawyers have also advised on numerous initial public offerings, secondary placements and equity derivatives.
