Linda R. Friedlieb

LINDA R. FRIEDLIEB is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation group in Chicago. She joined the firm in October 2006. She practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, and media and First Amendment law. With respect to intellectual property litigation, Ms. Friedlieb has assisted in litigation involving patents related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and business methods. She has also litigated in the areas of manufacturing processes and products.

She clerked for the Honorable Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from 2005 through 2006. While in law school, Ms. Friedlieb served as executive editor of the University of Chicago Law Review.

Prior to law school, Ms. Friedlieb worked as a reporter and as an editor at newspapers in Texas and Arkansas.
