ALLISON FULTON is an associate in the Food and Drug Practice in the Washington, D.C. office, focusing on FDA enforcement and compliance counseling relating to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Ms. Fulton has written healthcare compliance policies and procedures for pharmaceutical and medical device clients and developed content for compliance training programs. She also advises clients on drug and device safety issues, FDA inspections, good manufacturing practice and the quality system regulation, and the promotion of FDA-regulated products. She has also assisted in defending companies in whistleblower suits and representing companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Ms. Fulton was a litigation associate at a New York firm with a focus in IP litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation. She also worked as a software engineer where she specialized in software validation and testing procedures.
Ms. Fulton earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was the managing editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
