ALLISON FULTON is an associate in the Food and Drug Practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Sidley, Ms. Fulton was a litigation associate at a New York firm with a focus in IP litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation.
Ms. Fulton earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was the managing editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
