JAIME L.M. JONES is a partner in Sidley’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on health care and food and drug enforcement and litigation matters. She has represented pharmaceutical manufacturers and institutional healthcare providers in civil False Claims Act suits and in civil, criminal, and administrative actions involving health care fraud and abuse and off-label promotion. Ms. Jones has conducted confidential internal investigations and audits concerning, among other things, pharmaceutical promotional practices, including potential off-label promotion and anti-kickback issues, and institutional provider compliance with government program requirements. She has experience in both state and federal courts.
