JANNEY CHONG is a partner in the corporate finance group in Hong Kong.
Her practice focuses on corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings; secondary equity fund raisings including rights issues and convertible securities; and mergers and acquisitions.
She has experience in a wide range of general commercial and corporate finance transactions, including representing both issuers and underwriters in connection with listing of securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; as well as takeovers and mergers of listed companies.
Ms. Chong has represented the following issuers on their IPOs:
- China First Chemical Holdings Ltd, Goodbaby International Holdings Ltd, Fook Woo Group Holdings Limited, Kaisa Group Holdings Limited, Chigo Holding Limited, Sinotrans Shipping Limited, China Aoyuan Property Group Limited, Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd and Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited, etc.
Ms. Chong has also represented the sponsors and underwriters on the IPOs of the following companies:
- Far East Global Group Limited, Fantasia Holdings Group Company Limited and Greentown China Holdings Limited, etc.
She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, and English.
