KRISTOPHER J. CLEMMONS joined Sidley in 2011. Prior to joining Sidley, Mr. Clemmons worked in Chicago and Washington, D.C. representing local and national clients on matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, finance and development of commercial and multi-family real estate. In 2009, Mr. Clemmons obtained designation as a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. In this capacity, he has counseled clients on various sustainability and green building related matters. Mr. Clemmons is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. ‘07, LL.M. ‘11) and The College of the Holy Cross (B.A. ‘03).
