LAWRENCE C. TONDEL is senior counsel in the firm’s New York office. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, commenced practice with the firm in 1971, became a partner in 1980 and senior counsel in 2011. His practice includes the representation of participants in unique financial transactions including issuers of structured derivative products and structured notes, the representation of sponsors of special purpose repackaging vehicles and the representation of hedge funds in connection with their derivatives trading documents and related disputes and issues.
