DIANE C. MCENROE is a partner in the Food, Drug and Medical Device Regulatory practice. Her clients include domestic and international companies in the food, drug, medical device and personal care industries. She has represented clients before various governmental agencies including the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, and Drug Enforcement Administration. She regularly counsels clients on a full range of matters involving FDA regulatory compliance, claims substantiation, food safety, over-the-counter drug monograph concerns, post marketing obligations, including adverse event reporting and recalls, and pharmaceutical regulation, including sampling compliance and state licensure and substitution issues. She also performs regulatory due diligence and provides related counsel to the firm’s clients involved in transactions for companies in FDA regulated industries, and supports FDA clients involved in consumer fraud or product liability litigation. She served as Chair of the Section on Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law of the New York State Bar Association and has been an Adjunct Professor of FDA Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law.
