SAMUEL R. MILLER is a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Miller focuses his litigation practice in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, securities law, and white-collar criminal matters. His clients include major companies in the computer and consumer electronics industries. In 1994, he was recruited by the Antitrust Division to serve as lead counsel in the first Section 2 monopolization case brought by the Department of Justice against Microsoft Corporation.
