NANCY H. CORBETT is a partner in the firm’s Insurance practice. Her practice focuses on transactions for insurance and reinsurance companies, including capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on the Bermuda marketplace. Ms. Corbett also advises on the development of new insurance and reinsurance products and other solutions such as finite risk, alternative risk transfer, contingent reinsurance and catastrophe bond transactions. She has been recognized in the PLC Cross-border Insurance and Reinsurance Handbook (2010 - 2012) and in The Legal 500 (2011).
