BRIAN R. NESTER is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on patent and trade secret litigation and has extensive experience before the U.S. International Trade Commission. His practice emphasizes patent litigation involving high-technology and consumer electronics. Mr. Nester has broad experience in electrical technologies including telecommunications, Flash, DRAM, photolithography, DMA technology, Linux code, LCD and plasma technologies disk drives, magnetic media, cooling systems, optical communication, Ethernet networks, video and graphics processing, flat panel displays and scalers, and power supplies.
Mr. Nester represents world leading technology clients as lead counsel before the International Trade Commission and district courts throughout the country often in high-stakes litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nester worked in Washington, D.C. as a Litigation Managing Principal at one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S. Mr. Nester graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School and magna cum laude from Temple University.
