Nitin Reddy


NITIN REDDY is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles Litigation group. Mr. Reddy practices in all areas of litigation, focusing on consumer fraud class actions, pharmaceutical liability, antitrust and civil appellate law.

At the trial level, Mr. Reddy represents food, drug, medical device and other bio-technology companies in consumer fraud class actions and in nation-wide products liability actions. He also represents a Fortune 500 energy company in state and federal antitrust litigation involving an alleged price-fixing conspiracy.

At the appellate level, Mr. Reddy has argued before the Ninth Circuit and has been involved in the briefing of several state and federal appeals, including: Ex parte Scott, No. 1091275, 2011 Ala. LEXIS 37 (Ala. Mar. 18, 2011); Leggett v. Duke Energy Corp., 308 S.W.3d 843 (Tenn. 2010); Missouri Public Service Com’n v. Oneok, Inc., 318 S.W.3d 134 (Mo. App. 2009); AstraZeneca Pharm., LP v. State of Alabama, 41 So.3d 15 (Ala. 2009); Salim v. Holder, No. 04-73352, 2009 WL 1974234 (9th Cir. July 7, 2009) (argued);  Martinez v. Mukasey, 2007 WL 4467636 (9th Cir. Dec. 20, 2007); State of California ex rel. Grayson v. Pacific Bell Telephone Co., 142 Cal. App. 4th 741 (2006); Intralase Corporation v. Escalon Medical Corporation, Case No. 05-55837 (9th Cir.).

Mr. Reddy is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, teaching a course on federal jurisdiction.

Mr. Reddy has an active pro bono practice and is the recipient of ACLU Foundation of Southern California’s 2008 Pro Bono Advocacy Award. He also has served on the Board of Directors of the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California’s Public Interest Foundation.
