KEVIN R. PRYOR is a partner in the Chicago office. His practice focuses on contested federal tax matters. He also has experience advising clients on the federal tax issues arising from the organization and operation of hedge funds, commodity pools, and private equity funds. Mr. Pryor teaches the Sales and Exchanges course as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Program in Taxation at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
