GREGORY H. FURDA was a partner in the Chicago office from 1988 until 2000 when he became Senior Counsel. His practice is primarily land use regulation, concentrating particularly on zoning matters and related development issues before administrative bodies and in civil trial and appellate litigation. Since 1981, Mr. Furda has acted as zoning counsel for a wide range of institutional, utility, broadcast, railroad, industrial, commercial, office, transportation and telecommunications development companies, as well as trusts and foundations, hospitals and universities including Commonwealth Edison, CSX Realty, CP Rail, Norfolk Southern Railroad, Chicago Milwaukee Corp., Soo Line, Lakehead Pipeline Co., Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University, Metromedia Southwest Bell, AT&T Wireless Services, the Chicago Digital Broadcast Committee and Cintra-Macquarie Consortium with the long-term lease of the Chicago Skyway.
