LISA A. SCHNEIDER is a patent litigator in the Chicago office and also a member of the appellate resource group. She has co-taught courses in appellate practice and procedure at John Marshall Law School and in patent litigation at Chicago Kent School of Law. Ms. Schneider is the co-author of "Vitronics -- Some Unanswered Questions," in Chisum et al.,
Principles of Patent Law: Cases and Material (Foundation Press 1998). She served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 1996 to 1997.
