CATHERINE M. VALERIO BARRAD, a partner in the Litigation, Product Liability, and Supreme Court and Appellate Practice groups, joined the firm in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Valerio Barrad served as law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg, U. S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Ms. Valerio Barrad’s general litigation practice has focused on complex civil litigation, including state and national class actions, consumer fraud, products liability, securities fraud and intellectual property litigation. She has also represented pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, media companies, accounting firms, law firms, health care organizations and telecommunications companies in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
