SANDRA A. BRESNICK focuses her practice on the trial and appeal of patent infringement actions. She has particular experience litigating cases regarding pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including ANDA cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Ms. Bresnick provides strategic counseling on innovation management and teaches Pharmaceutical Patent Law at Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Bresnick is a member of the Board of Directors of The Progeria Research Foundation, a non-profit research organization dedicated to finding a treatment and cure for progeria. She has been recognized by Chambers USA in intellectual property.
