ROBERT J. ROBINSON is a Partner in the New York office. His securitization and structured finance practice is focused on balance sheet synthetic CLOs, synthetic and hybrid CDOs and over-the-counter derivative transactions on corporate credit and ABS exposures, primarily those in which banks apply credit derivative techniques in their capital management activities. His experience includes CDO events of default, recapitalizations and other restructurings and transactions aimed at alleviating the effect of credit market turbulence.
