BENSON R. COHEN is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Cohen advises and represents investment advisers and pooled investment funds in connection with corporate, securities and regulatory matters. Mr. Cohen has assisted in the formation of a number of private equity, hedge and debt funds, including a number of funds of funds and other feeder vehicles, as well as counseling the managers of such funds with respect to ongoing corporate and regulatory matters.
Mr. Cohen regularly counsels clients on local, state and federal open government laws.
Mr. Cohen is a former board member of International Cinema Education, Inc., a United Nation's NGO that Mr. Cohen assisted in receiving federal and state tax exempt status.
