DAVID T. PRITIKIN is a partner in the Chicago office, chairs the firm's national intellectual property practice and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He has an active practice concentrated in the field of intellectual property. Mr. Pritikin has served as lead counsel in many high profile patent cases, including more than a dozen Hatch-Waxman cases involving important pharmaceutical products. In addition, he has represented software, semiconductor and medical device manufacturers in patent lawsuits. His experience includes jury and bench trials in the federal courts as well as trials in the International Trade Commission and arguments before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
