RACHPAL THIND is a partner in the Financial Services Regulatory Group in London. She advises clients operating in the financial services sector on a wide range of UK and EU regulatory and compliance matters particularly on cross border issues, including authorisation and licensing requirements, regulatory requirements on remuneration and anti-money laundering compliance issues. Ms Thind also has extensive experience of advising clients on the regulatory aspects of structured finance transactions, including regulatory capital requirements, financial promotion, listing requirements, market conduct issues and due diligence. She also advises on UK and EU consumer credit and mortgage regulation.
