ROBERT RYAN is an associate in the Capital Markets Group of the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of SEC-registered and exempted capital markets offerings, and other securities law matters. Mr. Ryan recently returned to the New York office after completing a three-year assignment in the firm’s London office, which also included practicing out of the firm’s Sydney and Hong Kong offices for extended periods of time. Prior to his London-office assignment, Mr. Ryan completed a secondment in the legal division of a leading investment bank.
