Investment Dealers’ Digest named one of the San Francisco office’s structured finance M&A transactions its “Deal of the Year.” We have represented a principal party in a number of “first of their kind” structured finance transactions, including the first conventional mortgage pass-through financing, the first automobile lease securitization involving a titling trust and the first tobacco litigation settlement securitization.
The San Francisco office serves as bond, disclosure, issuer’s or borrower’s counsel for most of the major cities and counties throughout California, as well as numerous joint powers agencies, special districts, school districts, nonprofit entities and conduit issuers. We have served as underwriters counsel to virtually every national and regional investment bank operating in California.
Our San Francisco healthcare lawyers are well versed with the complexities of Medicare Parts B and D, as well as Medicaid, and provide assistance to pharmaceutical, biotech, device and other clients on regulatory, strategic pricing and business issues.
