DR. FELIX VON BREDOW is an associate in the firm’s Frankfurt office. Before he joined the firm in 2007 he practised at two major international law firms in Berlin and Frankfurt since 2001.
He focuses on national and international M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on numerous national and cross border acquisitions and divestitures both for strategic investors and private equity funds.
Moreover, Felix von Bredow advises clients in the healthcare industry on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues. In 2010, he worked as corporate counsel in the biotherapeutics industry.
He has authored and co-authored articles as well as a handbook on company law. He holds a Doctor Juris in corporate law.
A native speaker of German, he is also fluent in English.
