In 2023, Sam was named a fellow by the American College of Bankruptcy.
Sam led The M&A Advisor “Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year” in 2023 as counsel to Tricida, Inc. in its restructuring and in 2022 as counsel to Ventec Life Systems in its sale to ReactHealth. He also led the “Information Technology Deal of the Year” in 2021 as counsel to Wave Computing, Inc. in its Chapter 11 case.
