Partners Jim Cahan, Laura Leonard and Byron Taylor will speak about several of the major legal issues that arise in connection with “being green,” including green building standards, green labeling, potential new chemical management regimes and the current state of sustainability programs, greenhouse gas and climate change activities.

Illinois requires that attorneys with last names starting with N-Z participate in 24 hours of MCLE approved programming by June 30, 2011. Four hours of the total must be accredited for Professional Responsibility.
