Partner John Kelsh and Associate Claire Holland will focus on the corporate governance and executive compensation reforms contained in the Dodd-Frank Act that apply not only to financial institutions, but to public companies generally. They will discuss the current status of the various reforms and the SEC’s proposed timeframe for rulemaking. They will also suggest actions that companies should consider taking in order to comply with the new substantive and disclosure requirements.
