For many businesses social media is becoming a critical tool to engage, attract and retain customers, but despite its exponential growth, many uncertainties and also liabilities exist for businesses - such as responsibilities for customer generated content, employee use of social media, data privacy, data ownership and other regulatory requirements.
The Forum is intended to give an opportunity to meet others interested in the use of social media as a business tool and to consider the social media business governance issues.
