Please join us for a teleconference addressing frequently asked questions regarding the proposed rule implementing the physician payment “Sunshine” Act. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services proposed a number of provisions governing the tracking and reporting of payments made by device and pharmaceutical manufacturers to teaching hospitals and physicians.
We request that you submit any questions you have in advance and the panel of speakers will select questions to address during the teleconference.
