Government investigations from both the DOJ and SEC continue to present unique and ever-changing challenges for companies and bring with them potential criminal and civil charges for both companies and their leadership.
We will take a look at advanced internal and government investigation issues and provide practical examples that will help prepare your legal team for such investigations.
