Sidley is pleased to announce Working Mother has designated the firm among their 2019 “Best Law Firms for Women.” This year marks Sidley’s 11th appearance on the prestigious list that recognizes select law firms in the United States who are creating and utilizing best-in-class practices to recruit, retain and promote women lawyers.
According to Working Mother, this year’s list highlights those law firms with a high percentage of women in leadership roles, work-life programs featuring extended parental leave benefits, remote work and flexible schedules, parental resources groups for both mothers and fathers, reimbursement for egg freezing and other fertility procedures, and expanded women’s initiatives dedicated to advancing female lawyers in the legal profession.
