The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Bar Association named New York partner Ching-Lee Fukuda to its inaugural list of “Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials.” The special publication recognizes women practitioners in private practice or who are with in-house departments who have appeared in the highest number of PTAB trial proceedings since 2012. The list is a culmination of a two-year long study of women practicing before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
With more than 20 years of experience litigating in district courts as well as at the PTAB, the ITC and the Federal Circuit, Ching-Lee’s successes include numerous jury and bench trial wins, alongside wins during preliminary injunction, summary judgment and appeal. She has been lead counsel on more than 30 PTAB proceedings, and appeared in more than 80 proceedings, on behalf of petitioners and patent owners.
