Adam has experience in all types of private equity deals and leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestures, joint ventures, equity growth investments, equity and debt restructurings, and management equity plans, as well as related advisory work.
Robert has considerable experience in the structuring and establishment of private funds across a variety of asset classes, including buyout, infrastructure, real estate, and credit, and in advising sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, family offices, and financial institutions in respect of allocations to such funds.
