For the third consecutive year, India Business Law Journal recognized Singapore partners Manoj Bhargava and Ankit Kashyap among its top 100 international lawyers for India-related matters, naming them to its “A-List” of top India-focused lawyers at international law firms. The “A-List” is based on extensive research conducted by India Business Law Journal. The results are a culmination of interviews with hundreds of lawyers at Indian law firms, as well as thousands of in-house counsel in India and around the world.
Manoj focuses his practice on international capital markets matters, with a focus on India and Southeast Asia. Manoj has more than two decades of experience and has advised on more than 150 capital markets offerings, raising more than US$40 billion, for Indian companies. He has built a substantial practice advising clients on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered offerings and listings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the stock exchanges of Mumbai, London, Singapore, and Luxembourg.
Ankit’s practice is focused on public and private international securities transactions, including transactions that involve U.S. securities laws, as well as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements to qualified investors, and the issuance of American and global depository receipts.
