Sidley Named “Innovative International Firm” at Women in Business Law Europe Awards

Sidley won “Innovative International Firm” at the Women in Business Law Europe Awards. The award honors the work undertaken by partner Fatema Orjela as London chair for Sidley’s Committee on Retention and Promotion of Women (CRPW). A key London CRPW focus in recent years has been to support associates to gain increased transparency and insight into their career paths. In particular, there has been a significant push to identify Sidley’s rising women stars and to give them the tools to thrive and open a path to personal and professional success.

The annual awards recognize leading women for their contributions to the business of law along with the firms that have developed the most progressive initiatives towards diversity and inclusion.
