Jayanthi Sadanandan Shortlisted for “Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year” at Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026

Jayanthi Sadanandan, co-leader of Sidley’s Leveraged Finance practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, has been named a finalist for “Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year” at the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026. The annual Women in Business Law EMEA Awards celebrate women lawyers who have developed strong and innovative practices. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held in London on June 25, 2026.

Jay has spent more than two decades advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, corporates, and other borrowers on a wide range of transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, bank/bond financings, asset-based loans, bridge financings, investment grade loans, post-IPO facilities, and other secured lending transactions.
